• Chancel Ringers

  • Connection Band

  • New Generation Ringers

  • Wesley Choir

After eight years as Music Director here at Herndon UMC, I again find myself humbled by the talent and generosity of the musicians who so willingly share their time and talents in order to enhance all three of our Easter worship services.

  • The gifted instrumentalists Erica Hirt and Christy Sullivan shared a beautiful duet at the Saturday evening, casual service.
  • The Wesley Choir offered uplifting anthems and sang their hearts out during the "Hallelujah Chorus" at the 9am, traditional service. The Chancel Ringers lifted our spirits with their joyful ringing.  Our wonderful brass players, Greg Smith, Ken Sullivan and Bill Miller filled the Sanctuary with festivity during our Easter hymns and Jacob Reeves helped enrich the sound by bringing the timpani over from Herndon HS and playing for us.
  • The Connection Band filled Doe Hall with praise filled worship songs to lead the Resurrection celebration during the 10:30am, contemporary worship service.
