Tom Frost, now a retired UMC Pastor, is preparing the program for this year’s retreat with the theme “Spring Training”. This is a very timely theme as spring training for baseball is fast approaching. The program will touch on our spiritual spring training.  Tom Frost and his family were members of Herndon UMC until he moved away to be a pastor in other parts of Virginia and he recently retired in the Richmond area. 

The retreat will include the program on Friday evening and Saturday morning, free time to enjoy fellowship with others, music, and three meals that are always great times of fellowship in the dining hall.

The cost of the retreat will be $110.00 per person to cover the cost of the Claggett Center.  Doll Cottage offers bedrooms on the upper floor and two conference rooms on the lower floor for use for programs and space to hangout during free times.
